Continuous Improvement at Westfalia: Introducing "Technology Solutions"

We understand that in order to position ourselves for long-term growth, and our customers for long-term success, we must continuously innovate, improve and grow our organization. Our new structure combines our Controls Engineering, Software and Solutions Delivery departments under single leadership which allowing us to more efficiently work together to find better ways of delivering our solutions to our customers.
Westfalia is confident that our new structure – which we have named “Technology Solutions” – will enable us to benefit from many new, extraordinary opportunities ahead.
“The new Technology Solutions unit is comprised of all of those who are focused on the implementation, commissioning and start-up of our solutions,” said Dave Williams, Vice President of Technology Solutions at Westfalia. “It’s that critical link between our project operations (where we manage our installations) and our aftermarket group, which provides support for our customer solutions. The goal is to provide these departments with focused leadership/direction to capitalize on our synergies and subsequently find better ways to deliver the best service and solutions to our customers.”
