To address limited space and the demand for convenient, secure parking, the development features a fully automated parking system provided by Westfalia Technologies, Inc. This technology-forward solution efficiently stores and retrieves vehicles, maximizing land use while offering residents and guests a seamless parking experience. The system’s compact footprint and high reliability made it the perfect fit for this urban infill project.
Overcoming parking constraints
Challenge
The developer faced a significant challenge: the original design allowed for only 11 conventional parking spaces within a single below-grade level. Due to zoning requirements mandating a 3:1 unit-to-parking ratio, this limitation capped the project at just 33 units.
