AS/RS for the Self Storage Industry


Westfalia Technologies, Inc. has partnered with Automated Self Storage Systems, LLC to provide Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS or ASRS) for the self storage industry. 

 

The facilities are equipped with an AS/RS capable of handling loads up to 16,000 pounds (including the storage module itself).  Each customer's storage module is delivered to its prompted location without requiring the customer to enter the building. Clients can even call ahead to have their module ready and waiting for them.

Westfalia's in-house team of engineers customizes each automated system to fit any building's shape, size and layout.  Module configurations range from 2-6 containers per storage lane and 2-6 levels high.

Savanna.NET® software controls, manages and records all module movements, and ties directly into the billing system.
