The Westfalia 870 Palletizer
The Westfalia 870 Palletizer is intelligent, affordable and maintenance friendly. Built for tough environments, this palletizer offers the flexibility to palletize multiple products which improves space in your warehouse, and helps you get the product to the customer faster so you can spend your time acquiring new customers.
Key features of the Westfalia 870:
- Rugged, heavy-duty frame with standard full pallet weight capacity of 4000 lbs.
- Automatic bag palletizer which handles pallets of various sizes and orientation, plus most bags sizes and patterns
- Easy to maintain with accessible, off-the-shelf components within reach
- Rotation up to 180° of bags via dual belt bag turning conveyor or bag turning post/kicker
- Overhead server driven bag turner

- Timing belt drive provides quiet operation at high speeds, and smooth acceleration and deceleration
- Encoder on sweeper provides signal for precise sweeper positioning
- Bi-directional switch plates constructed of stainless steel in a split style design

- Allows slip sheet dispenser to be placed inside the machine
