  • Stacking speeds up to 30 cases per minute

  • Air powered with integral air reservoir
  • Air values mounted in stainless steel enclosure
  • Installs easily over existing case conveyors

    • Available in 16 and 24 quart versions
    • Comes in left or right hand versions

 

 

High Speed Case DestackerHigh Speed Destacker

  • Destacking empty cases up to 10 high
    • 4 stacks for 16 qt. cases
    • 2 stacks for 24 qt. cases
  • Operation speed 90 cases/minute on 16 qt. cases
  • Operation speed 50 cases/minute on 24 qt. cases
  • Empty cases exit destacker via a lug chain discharge system
  • Wheel drive unit moves cases through a case chute or twister
  • Case chute or twister inverts cases for garbage removal and in-feed to case washer
  • Includes stack in-feed conveyor section, and in-feed stack stop
  • Pneumatic operation
