Unit Load AS/RS Systems
Westfalia offers Palletless AS/RS Systems for:
- Fluid products shipped in plastic 16 qt. +/ 24 qt. dairy cases
- Rolled goods such as paper – tissues, fine paper, base paper or special paper
- Bakery pans and troughs
Key Features of Palletless ASRS systems:
- Automatic, semi-automatic, and manual modes
- Order processing with integrated pick-to-light and pick-to-belt systems
- Satellite® rail “trough” design allows for safe access, keeps product dry from leakers (in fluid milk applications), and allows for automatic washing down of storage lanes
- Multi-wide rolls can be stored in same storage lane on bilge, with standard 2” space between rolls.
- Options for storing rolls “eye to the sky” (on-end), or “on bilge” (on the round)
- Gentle roll handling during storage and retrieval using “Lift” Satellite® -- No pinched corners. or edges
